Last updated: April 22, 2026. This Shipping Policy explains how Cha Cafe USA processes and delivers orders, including international shipments. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy.
We offer shipping to many international destinations as shown at checkout. We may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier limits, local laws, or export restrictions. If we cannot complete delivery to the address you provide, we will notify you and refund or re-route the order as appropriate.
Orders are typically processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in our area). Processing time (before the carrier picks up) is often 1–3 business days but can vary with stock, product type, and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase; a separate message may be sent when the order ships.
Delivery estimates (if shown at checkout or in email) are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, customs, weather, and local delivery conditions. Express options, where available, are generally faster but still subject to customs and the carrier’s network.
We use reputable carriers (e.g. postal service and couriers) selected for your destination. When your order ships, we aim to provide tracking where the carrier offers it. Tracking may update with delays, especially when a parcel is handed between carriers or is held in customs.
For orders shipped outside the country of dispatch, the shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charged by the destination country. These charges are usually the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping price unless we explicitly show at checkout that taxes and duties are prepaid (DDP). By ordering, you understand that you may be required to pay these amounts before the carrier releases the package, and that delays at customs are outside our direct control.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address, phone number if required, and (where applicable) business name or import ID. If a package is returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we may offer reshipment at your cost or a refund of product value, minus original shipping and any return fees, per our Refund and Returns Policy.
Physical goods are shipped to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass in accordance with our carrier arrangements and the Terms and Conditions once the order is delivered to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise (for example, risk remaining with the seller until you receive the goods).
We may sometimes ship items in more than one package (split shipments) to get products to you faster. In that case, you may receive more than one tracking number. If an item is backordered, we will try to inform you and either ship it when available or offer alternatives per our order policies.
